Sean has been in this business since 1985. “What do I love about it?” he says. “I think I have a passion for seeing the final product. I love the process of building something. One thing we’re very particular about is making sure you can see what your final product will look like before we ever break ground. We show you detailed architect or designer renderings because we know that’s what gives people confidence. As Sean explains, “I think that’s what makes people have one foot in the door and one foot out of the door, not knowing or not having that certainty of what the final product may look like.” We do a really good job of giving you the confidence that what we’re building is what your dream is, essentially.
Cody adds, “Supporting someone’s dream and showing them on paper, ‘Hey, this is what your dream is gonna look like, this is what we can make happen,’ really reassures them.” And if you have an idea that seems challenging? We’ll figure out a way to make it happen. We’ll do the research, contact the right people, and explain in detail how we’ll bring your vision to life.
Technology Meets Craftsmanship
Our team and project managers use state of the art technology. Everything is uploaded to our project portal and reviewed by upper management for quality control. But technology is just part of the equation. We’re also incredibly transparent about your project timeline. We give you a detailed breakdown showing when demolition will happen, when electrical gets wired, when floors go in after drywall. We try to give you the timing of each individual trade. Of course, it’s construction, so sometimes permitting takes more time or weather causes delays, but we let you know what’s going on along the way.
Communication is at the heart of everything we do. We’re available quite easily, and we try our best to get back to you as quickly as possible. Typically, we return phone calls or messages within less than 24 hours. We want you to know that we’re actively aware of your project, concerned about your project, and working on your project.
